Private Leadership Advisory

12-Month Engagement

Clear thinking. Confident decisions. Reduced complexity.

I work with a very small number of leaders as a private advisor—helping them think clearly, make confident decisions, and simplify complexity in business and leadership.

This is not coaching and not a program.
It is ongoing access to my judgment as you navigate real decisions.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This advisory is designed for leaders who:

  • Are already successful but carry the weight of decisions

  • Value clarity over noise and execution over theory

  • Want fewer priorities, not more ideas

  • Prefer a trusted outside perspective rather than internal politics

  • Care about values, integrity, and long-term stewardship

If you are looking for motivation, tactics, or implementation support, this is not a fit.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Private Advisory Calls
Two advisory calls per month (45–60 minutes each), focused on strategic decisions, tradeoffs, priorities, and blind spots.

Ongoing Advisor Access
Voice or text access between calls for real-world moments such as:

  • “Here are my options—what do you see?”

  • “I’m leaning this direction—am I missing anything?”

Operating Clarity Installation
Early in the engagement, we establish a clear decision filter, a simple weekly rhythm, and a focused operating cadence that reduces mental drag.

Independent Perspective
An advisor who is not on payroll, not politically entangled, and not emotionally invested—just clear, grounded perspective.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

To protect focus and quality, this engagement does not include:

  • Implementation or task execution

  • Team management or training

  • Slack or daily check-ins

  • Emergency or reactive availability

This advisory exists to improve decisions, not absorb operations.

INVESTMENT & STRUCTURE

  • $25,000 for a 12-month engagement

  • Paid annually or quarterly

  • Limited to a maximum of 20 clients

  • Invitation-only

This ensures depth, availability, and alignment.

FIT & NEXT STEP

I only work with leaders where the fit is mutual and the value is clear.

If you believe this type of advisory relationship would be useful, the next step is a private conversation to determine alignment.
